I know the usual hot spots for the Clearview. It was the ONE time I decided to go past the 35th St exit because it was at a standstill. Blew into the left lane as I passed the 35th St exit, he had to be hiding within that curve of the over pass. I thought I was in the clear...

I have pba cards from an officer who works highway 1, didn't make a difference to the clearview cruisers...

yeah i got caught doing 60 in a 45 on the clearview right where it ends on hillside. PBA card got me outta that...thank god.

are you close friends with this officer from highway 1?..if so you should call him and have the ticket pulled and let him know that the cop from highway 3 didnt show any courtesy which is an internal "no-no"...

Yes he's a good friend and I did speak to him about the issue. He states that pba cards are a courtesy and it really depends on the officer if they still want to issue the summons.
When I presented the pba card, the officer went on a rant about how everyone has them.
Its just too much of a concidence that the misses and I get pulled over (one month apart) in the same spot and cited for the same speed. PBA card didn't help her either. I'll have to look at her summons and see if its the same officer.
BTW we have been using the Clearview for over 10 years with no incidents, feels like we got hit with a one two punch. What the hell!
