i'm giving derek a bump here... not only is he a great guy, this car is SICK... i thought i had OCD, derek definately takes the cake in that department... the guy doesn't even drive the car if it's raining or snowing, lol...

plus, it has DINAN stage 1... that's a nice free gift... and it was actually installed this past january i believe so it's still minty fresh...

things didn't work out with me and derek... not for financial reasons (this car is a steal peoples) but i already have one lease assumption on my record, and BMWFS has this STOOPID rule that you can only assume ONE vehicle PER YEAR... so unless derek holds off for me until summer time, i have no choice but to buy a new one...

don't miss out on this one guys... you'll regret it as much as i do right now...

If I picked up a BMW lease in April 07, then can I take over this lease?

Not sure...you'd have to call BMWFS and see.

I am actually coming up to Metro Detroit (my hometown) in April (tigers and hopefully a wings playoff game) if you want to see the car.

Plan on driving it up there weather permitting.

they're being very stingy right now due to the market... if you make enough money, credit score is decent, then i don't see why it would be a problem... but if you did a lease assumption in apr 07, then you'd have to wait until april 08 to do another lease assumption...
