Just installed mine today, it fits great! One little piece of plastic needed to be trimmed on the front passenger side to clear the stepped portion of the cooler. The hoses and lower chargepipe upgrade fit nicely.
The hardware does need more thought. There is no way to thread in those studs. Also, the coarse side of the stud is much larger than the factory screws, I'd be worried about them breaking the plastic mounts, and then you're SOL. Luckily I had some SS sheet metal screws and washers that did the trick. I did it by myself on my back with the car on ramps. I don't think 2 people is necessary but it might have made it slightly easier. Results from very similar 3-4 gear pulls: Stock IC, 19-17psi, 91 octane, IAT 82-121F: http://www.datazap.me/u/ferocity02/m...0&data=3-13-22 VRSF IC, 21-18psi, E40, IAT 78-95F: http://www.datazap.me/u/ferocity02/m...0&data=3-13-22 The VRSF log (MHD E40 map) has more boost than the stock IC log (Wedge 91 map) yet a much lower increase in the temps.

Hey, in the initial post you said "VRSF 5" Stepped IC with lower charge pipe" did you change the lower charge pipe aswell? Im currently all stock and gave a shot and installing my 5" stepped and wasn't successfull. I didn't change the lower charge pipe. I did trim that one plastic piece on the passenger side but I couldn't manage to get enough hose on the intercooler. Ended up going back to stock. The biggest problem was tightening the clamp on the intercooler on the passenger side when I gave it a shot. There seemed to be something right behind the clamp and didn't let it move freely.
