After getting a slightly fatter O-ring there was no need for additional bolt support although it would be nice for piece of mind. The fatter O-Ring is very snug, and boost leak is gone. Picked these up from the Home Depot.

I'm pretty sure you just spent all this time reverifying something that was already stated and known. but good job I guess.

Perhaps I missed it, idk, but the circulating conversion for the BMS 4bar was 0.40v - 4.65 does not apply to flash only tunes if this is what you were talking about ?

I don't follow much on that other site. I just wanted to update the current post.
