I had my 313's refurbed prior to buying from the main dealer. Just been informed that the paint code is 472 Sterling Grey?! Anyone confirm this is colour used for wheels?

Just got mine back today, shadow chrome finish. Really pleased with how they turned out. Hopefully more durable now as well. [IMG][/IMG]

Place called DemonWheels in Lancashire. Used them when I had an Audi. Can't speak highly enough of them. Worked out at £55 per wheel for this finish. I wanted something close to factory without going diamond cut, pleased with how it turned out as it has freshened them up but retained the oem factor.

Thanks, it's definitely a good option to go for. Keeps it oem but freshens them up.

Heres another pic in a different light

So took my wheels to MyAlloys in Basingstoke yesterday to get them referbed. Asked for them to done in shadow chrome but was advised that due to the really heavy corrosion of my wheels that it wouldn't be a good idea as it was likely to show imperfections and could look very poor. In the end after much deliberation between silver and a dark metallic anthracite I went for the dark anthracite colour as it kind of matches the overall scheme of my car. Fingers crossed I've made the right choice and props to MyAlloys for their advice re the Shadow Chrome as they could have taken more money and said nothing but advised a cheaper option as it will give a better longer lasting finish taking into account the all the corrosion on the faces of my wheels.

Just had a call today to be advised that 2 wheels are also buckled (f'ing poor Berkshire roads) so that's being sorted as well.
