Haven't mounted the tires yet, so don't know about rubbing/camber issues, but I plan on running a 275 nto5r in the rear.
My buddy needed a 5mm spacer to run 9.5F with a 255/40

Sounds like a fun setup

I'll be running a 275/40 9.5 rear as well, but the front is staying 235/30?/19x8.5 as its my drag pack. Still have some supporting mods before I can go to the track.

Still torn on front tire size. I really want to run a 245/45/17 front tire. That's 25.7 diameter. Same as the 275/40/17 rear I want to run. Apex says 245/40/17 is the tallest tire I can run on the front without rubbing, but I've seen a couple cars running 245/45/17 on the front. I have no idea what suspension they're running though or if their fenders are rolled. I don't want to roll mine not run spacers. Stock diameter is 25.2 so they'd only be .5" taller. Hmmmm. Wheels will be here Tuesday. I kind of have to make a decision soon. FML

I just read that the guy in the blue car in the link you guys posted has "slightly" rolled fenders. Guess that answers my question. Prob go with the 245/40/17. That's a 1" tire diameter difference from the rears though

??

His REAR fenders are slightly rolled. Since he has an E92 as well, he obviously can't do much with the front even if he wanted to.

That's what I was thinking LOL. Plastic fenders and such. But wasn't sure haha. Guess I'm gonna try the 245/45. IDK. I need to decide though, I need to order tires this week.

I just got my arc8 17" installed today. 17x9.5 /17x9 275/40/17 245/45/17 the rears have a slight rub when driving fast hitting a big dip. The front rubs on a full turn rubs the black plastic piece on the inside the fenders do clear though

E92 stock sports suspension with lowering perches up front which lowers your car only half an inch...the rears are toyo proxes tq drag radials... the front I went with toyo proxes 4 plus they look sick but idk about the rubbing up front if it gets annoying I'll have to switch to 40 sidewall or might have to cut some of the plastic off which I really don't wanna do

Well I'm just as torn now as before LOL. I don't want to deal with rubbing. But if it only does it at full turn, maybe I can live with it? IDK. Maybe the BFG I go with have a smaller tread diameter? IDK, maybe they have bigger. FML!!!!

I plan on going coilovers eventually. I think that may help. No could fine tune ride height where needed.

Oh, I know I'm going to love the 17s. I just can't decide on tire size. How bad would you say the fronts rub? Normal day to day driving? Are they rubbing on the outside of the tire? Or the top? If you were to do it over would you go with the 45s? Or go with 40s this time?

So I did some test driving today did a bunch of circles and U turns and I couldn't hear any rubbing there's a slight rub only when you do a full lock turn and you can't even hear it so it's a no big deal for me...there's no rubbing outside or top of the tire. So I'm happy that I went with 45 looks really meaty
