Seems like there is no great consistency in opinions on the path to take. Right now I don't know much but I'm doing plenty of reading. Limited slip is definitely in the plans later on but with everything you listed, plus bigger turbos, where are you hoping to end up HP wise or 1/4 mile time?

Thanks
HP goals are right around 500 WHP and anything in the 11's for 1/4 mile on my PSS tires.

Keep in mind that we are talking about the N55. No MHD or Outlets depending on if you are E or F series. Also I have yet to see any results with the inlet pipe on the stock turbo. I just got mine so I will see if there are any gains.

Here is the order I suggest:
  • UUC short shifter kit with DSSR (if you have a manual)
  • Tune + Charge Pipe (OEM CP will blow with a tune) + GFB DV+
  • Upgraded Turbo (Pure Stage 1 or 2)
  • LSD
  • FMIC
  • Suspension (M3 control arms, Bilstein B12 Pro Kit, stiffer suspension bushings, upgraded front and rear sway bars, etc.)
  • Downpipe

Okay, now I have been doing more reading and (web) window shopping, if I were to do Evolution Racewerks FMIC, CP and DP with a JB4; what WHP could I reasonably expect to gain?

Thanks!

What fuel? Do you have E85 available so you can run E30? 6MT or AT?

Sorry, guess those details are important: AT, mainly 91 but E85 is available to me I believe. Not something I will do much of tho tbh.

You will gain a lot if you go E30 if you are starting with 91. The amount of boost you can run will be substantial.

Probably 310whp on 91 and 340whp on E30. The AT soaks up about 4-5% from what I have seen.

Its going to depend on your dyno and what is the baseline but here is what Burger Tuning got with JB4 only (RWD)

Xi is going to have more drivetrain loss. Say another 5% At the end of the day, dyno numbers alone are just a number.

The true purpose of a dyno is to see a starting point and end point and find the delta. The delta is really what's important.

Dyno numbers by themselves really have no purpose other then bragging rights.

That is probably pretty dang close for map 2. The Xi and AT will sap some HP, but that doesn't mean the car is slower. You get to keep boost up during shifts with the AT and you can launch harder with the Xi. I am Xi and AT also.
