Also, despite the harsh winter (we get the same thing lol), within and around your headlight area is pretty much at very high temp while running (ballast, blub, engine heat transfer), so low temp is not really the main problem
On style, I personally would go e90prelci = ring, e90lci = DTM, e92prelci = DTM, e92lci = ring, e82 = ring, basically, if you have a headlight with higher height, get ring. DTM has a more match tone to narrower headlight due to flat bottom.
