If we can get enough interest they might still end up costing us around $140-150 each delivered.

Someone start this up

Socket I'm looking at you lol

Yeah there are a few options that we could have made in carbon to dress the engine bay up a little as I have introduced EB to a local company that deals with custom carbon parts.

All i would need is a brand new or very mint cover for him to either scan or draw up for the design and then program it into his machine to mill it out of billet ally.
Obviously the more people that come on board, the cheaper it would be, but I doubt you would see much change from upwards of $2k at a guess (im no expert).

Probably too hard as the valve cover isnt just a cover, It has an integrated PCV system, with valves and oil separators.

Surely they should be able to come apart somehow, and if so, the pieces could be replicated.

All good bro. I'll start the GB anyway and someone else can take over.

I just don't want to do payments as last time I tried to buy something from ecs it didn't work for me that's why I'd rather someone else do it.

I'll add you to the list anyway bro

Perhaps just an ECS purchase in general, I want some wonder wipers from them, possible other parts, maybe other member want some bits but don't want to pay the shipping alone.

Pics of the fancy vac line and the M3 cowl fitted with unobtainium cable duct. Even bought the genuine screws for the cowl!

Love how clean that looks. My next mod is LED lights then that cowl/cable/vacline setup I think.

Looks good Vince.
I know with the 335i it has two big wiring looms and if you put those through the cable duct, there is no room left for any vac lines.
How did you go about yours?

Idea. Get the m3 cowl, then do a cf water transfer dip on it. Same for other plastic parts that are either not replaceable with billet, etc., or a billet replacement would add significant weight.

Thoughts?

Hydro dipping is all well and good, but i have a local company that would replicate it in real carbon fiber

Why didn't you hide that booster line altogether?
