When the distributor requests "let us directly refund your customer" ... we figure that's what you wanted.

As far as I'm concerned, we took care of you, and I gave you my extension to call me if you need anything whatsoever. I'm a little offended, but, you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

JL
Very sorry if I offended you but I never wanted to deal with your distributor, if I had then I would have purchased from them and not yourselves. Good business practice to keep me as a satisfied customer would have been for you to have rectified the situation with myself and then chased your distributor for any refund owed to yourselves.

Furthermore when they actually wire the money then I may be finally be happy with the situation.

In my business if a supplier does not do the right thing by my customer then I will rectify to the customers satisfaction and then deal with the supplier. Maybe that's simply an Australian trait and something rarely experienced in the US

Thanks for the compliments!!! If anyone is looking for an Eisenmann system please feel free to contact me.

I am a happy Jlevi customer as well. I actually have parts that I ordered from him for my E92 M3 coming in this week. He has bent over backwards a few times to take care of my customers.

We certainly did not mean to pass you off, however, Eisenhaus told me that for legal reasons, they needed to refund you directly. We are still involved in this situation and are happy to help.

Thank you

Anthony (Palella) @ IND
Nick @ JLevi
PJ @ MForce
Dan @ Modcity

All 4 offered great service.

Lewis@MWDesign if you want car body stuff like bumpers, splitters etc. He seems to get the newest stuff out there before anyone else with great service, price and products. I always check out what he has. Tischer for any OEM or OEM upgrades. **********s and JLevi for everything else! I personally have used JLevi more often since they are local to my area and have bend over backwards to make sure my orders got to their destination. And of course, Sonic MS for most of my installs. Only ones I actually trust to leave my car with. All those companies have been great and I don't hesitate throwing $$$ in their direction. Like everyone says, Reseller Ratings say a lot
