The base design lines from the Lexus LC500 are stolen from the BMW i8 .

I really don't get how you think a front engined GT car looks similar to a rear-mid engined hybrid. But if I were to compare them, I think the Lexus looks a lot more aggressive than the i8, and has a proper engine to boot. One might also say the i8 stole McLaren's doors. |

Basic lines are almost the same .. I don't talk of the engines ...Just the styling (basic design lines) of both cars . Of course it can be accidentally as wel..

And I've been at Lexus meets with Dashocker, both of us repping GS'es. Quote:
I doubt many people looking at the LC500 would be cross-shopping with something as aggressive as the M3/4 series. |

I would not pay 90k for a lexus, and probably not a BMW either. At that price point Id probably be looking at Porsche and the like.

The thing with the LFA, Lexus always stated it was more of a "demonstration of what they can do". It was a very limited run car that is now many years old. If they were to make an F version of this car and give it 575-600hp, great suspension and <$150k, it would be a home run!
