I just called BMW ED (800-932-0831) and was told my car hasn't cleared customs yet and to call back at the end of the week or next Monday for further information.

Yep, confirmed with WWL that my car was unloaded on 4/06, so I should be picking her up within a week to 10 days.

Cool man. Hope you get your car soon. Man if you live in Boston and you have to wait 10 day I wonder how long it will take to get to the nation's capital. Anyways BMW rocks!

It all depends on how fast the car go through the VPC. If they are not backed up, the car should be ready sooner. I have not heard from my CA wrt the E92 yet.

Picked it up, pretty sweet. Used the remaining daylight and some garage light to throw on blacklines and black grilles. Great experience with the delivery at dealership - leaving it at parking garages this weekend and next taking trains and planes, going to relish a more enjoyable workweek transit.

I was listed at the port today on the 1800 number. I'm thinking it's a day behind. I'm hoping I'll have my car a week from this Monday, but who knows.

mcbimmer, you already picked yours up??? how were you able to pick it up so much sooner than us MA folks? i would think that just about anywhere in PA would be as far as MA.

kev, have you received word from your CA yet? btw, do you mind telling me which dealership you bought from? i bought from bmw gallery of norwood. i havent gotten any call yet...

Duno how I received so fast relative to other cars that got unloaded in NY; I received a call from my dealer Thursday saying it was in with them and would be prepped out of there for Friday delivery. The week before when it was en route to port and the VPC he said it'd get priority one on a truck to the dealership because it was already purchased, but assuming that's the deal with all of yours.

I got word from my CA today at Peabody that my car will arrive soon and he requested my insurance info. I guess I'll get it by this weekend.

Checked this morning and the car showed up at the dealer's online inventory and says sale pending

congrats kev! did you find out when you can pick it up?

i would imagine since both our cars came from the same ship and going to the greater boston area, shouldnt they be traveling on the same truck???

i gotta call my CA asap.

I picked mine up today. It is beautiful. I love it. The car is quiet as can be. Everything is functional.

Yep, my CA is off this weekend, so I'll be picking it up on Tuesday

i just got word from my CA and my car has been at the dealership since friday afternoon. they still need to get the title and registration done so i will be picking up on tuesday since they couldnt do it over the weekend or marathon monday.
