In the People's Republic of Maryland, we have the ban on "high capacity" mags. But here's the interesting thing. You can't buy mags greater than 10 rounds in Maryland or have it shipped to a Maryland address from out of state. But you can purchase the mags out of state yourself and bring them across the state line.

Yea that's a good one. Purchasing is illegal but smuggling is not. What about disassembled "parts kits" ? Can you have those shipped?
