I have ordered the o-rings from the german link provided in this thread.

So far i cant confirm if they fit as i havnent got into doing yet. The bolts to get to the inner o-ring are rounded off so ill have to take the whole thing off and deal with it at home with more tools.

Just replaced the vacuum pump O-ring on a 2005 E91 330xd (M57N2) for the third, and hopefully the last time.
Previously I replaced the O-ring with one that come in a kit for the vacuum pump from eBay and after a few years the O-ring needed replaced again.
This time I bought a Viton O-ring from Simply Bearings in UK (£6.46 for two pieces). The O-ring I bought has 96mm ID x 102mm OD and is 3mm round.
It fits perfect in the grove for the O-ring in the vacuum pump body but you do have to press it into the grove all the way around.
We'll see how this one lasts.

If anyone is ever looking for a m57 vacuum pump gasket kit, dudmd sells this kit for $25 and wont take super long to ship like from Europe since dudmd is based out of Washington.

Did you happen to install the o-ring seal on that vacuum pipe that comes out of the pump? How did it work out?

Do you have the dimensions for that o-ring by any chance?

Mine is not sealing, and I have hard brake pedal because of that.
