First and Reverse notchy after Perf Short Shift installed, HELP!

I've been doing the 6th to 1st last couple of days and it seems to alleviate the notchy feel, let me understand, so when he says 'not recommended because it will cause the clutch to fail', is he referring to the ssk?

251107542200 is the lever only for the 325i/328i SSK. I'm not 100% certain it's interchangeable with the 330i lever, but 328i and 335i can use the 330i SSK so I would guess it will work just fine. If you don't have a M-Sport, ZHP, or Performance shift knob get one. It shortens the shiftknob height 3/4" and adds weight, which helps with the shift effort and smoothness.

Appreciate the details, I do have the ssk knob that came with this kit and although it feels heavier that the original I decided to keep the stock one (I don't have any other interior part in 'alcantara'..) but I think I'll give it a try and see if any difference in feel, thanks
