Garage List
They're only redeemable at the BMW Welt in Munich. Theres a counter in the back of the gift shop with a kiosk you type your info into and they'll pull up what you can trade points for. Thought this was common knowledge. Everyone does it when they do Euro Delivery.

I called BMW of West Lake and dude on the phone laughed at me, said he had no idea what I was talking about, and then hung up?

He had poor training and should be terminated immediately.

Re-read Nkc post. It was clever. But I suspect BMW is not going to redeem themselves anytime soon - everyone is adding weight and electronic this and that. Plus I suppose redemption is dependant in the eyes of the beholder - I'd like them to offer lighter cars with at least the same power, return to better brakes (which they had before), and great steering. Others may want something different.

The M2 is an interesting step in possibly a right direction, but we'll see. I bet it gets porky.

I just used mine on ebay to buy some fresh Nittos for the track. There was a $36 surcharge for "transaction fees", which I think is bullshit. Regardless, I have $1200 worth of new track rubber for $36, being delivered next week.

I had to call Discount Tires online store and explain the rep point validation process, but once I did, they transferred me to a guy named Daltry or Deltree (?sp), and he knew all about it. Gave me the code to enter on ebay, and I was golden after that. I just wasn't expecting that $36 charge.

I'm going to try to use the remainder on a new radar detector. Wish me luck.

Things go over my head a lot because I'm half retarded.

But, to that point, BMW fucked up the day they ditched the NA 3.0L and hydraulic steering. I'm now an other that wants something different next.
