Funny you talk about Jess. I got a 335i about 5 months ago, but when I first started looking I went to Otto's and Jess happened to be the salesman. Very rude to me and absolutely showed no interest in wanting to sell a car. Ended up buying at Desimone in NJ. Great guys there from what I experienced.

lol I find it a bit funny.

In Japan, you only go to the dealership to buy a car. Do all your research online first, then go to your particular dealership and buy. There is no tire kicking involved, because its considered extremely rude and insulting.

I wish it was like that around here.
