I just installed B8's on my sport suspension packaged 335d with new upper and lower rear mounts and new upper front mounts with stock springs. The first 3k miles were rather harsh and had me rethinking the shock choice, but they have loosened up now and settled in nicely. It's firm do doubt, but it's not harsh and the car is well controlled. I'm very happy with the setup now and I can't wait to do rear subframe bushings and rear toe links.
