Just make sure you buy bulk cable that's designed to run inside of walls. Monoprice is a great place to buy. Their cables are great and prices are unmatched. |

Are you guys wiring for security or some other reason? I had regular CAT 5 wiring installed when we moved into our house in 2002 but switched to all wireless years ago. I don't seem to have any issues with bandwidth, including when streaming video.

Continuing off topic, ain't no wireless that will ever compare to wired. Run the cable. Cat6, why mess around, you only get to do it once -- unless you're going with conduit! I did my house in the early 2000's when I had some walls apart for another reason. Went with 5e, it was top of the line then. No regrets. Even now, 10+ years later, and with the speed of change in the industry, my wiring is still good to go. Like others say buy a big roll from a place like monoprice or blue jeans cable. Learn to terminate it yourself. Only takes a couple of tools and a bit of patience.

Not sure what you're looking for specifically since there's limited information. I've recently picked up an office chair for my apartment. I've looked around and I eventually settled with Amazon Basic's Office Chair. I was skeptic at first, thinking that I may be keeping this for maybe a year and then toss (price was reasonable enough that I could care less). However, the build quality has DEFINITELY surprised me. The build is solid, installation is easy and clear. The seat itself looks FAR better than the photo on the website.

I have the embody and it is worth every penny. I'm a programmer/analyst and I've sat in this chair for 18 hours with just a few 5 minute breaks with no discomfort except for my right shoulder because of having to hold a mouse.

SO let me key in on some very if not THE most important feature(s) I want in a new chair:
1. Ass Comfort! I want plenty of cushion but good blood circulation! 2. Back comfort. I am thinking a Mesh Back with a padded or leather seat with plenty of cusion and a high-back would be my ideal choice. Let's hear from you all that are seated for extended periods and how comfy your chair keeps your butt?

I'm actually leaning towards the Steelcase Leap v2 or Gesture... I need to see if any store has them locally to test out.

Also, for those who work from home, VPNs (required by many companies) generally work better on stable wired connections than they do on wireless.
