What's with Paul Miller? What's so great? Any feedback here recently? I'm working with Springfield, Bloomfield, and Park Ave to get a 2018 F80 ZCP. Should I branch out?

If you bought one more recently you'll notice that they don't say that anymore. BMW finally wised up and didn't make the survey a scale of 1-10 questions anymore. Everything is now open ended questions. As a result, they don't weigh the surveys as heavily on the stores/salespeople anymore.

This isn't "who gives the best deal", there are many parameters that the stores are judged on. Sales is one, but there's also service satisfaction and multiple other items that they look at.

I'm asking for folks to share those other parameters. I live in the area and 'know of' the dealer, but haven't heard much word of mouth. I have for a number of other dealerships though, so I'm wondering if it's a sort of well-kept secret, or I just haven't been paying attention.

One in Texas (and that one in a single-dealer market: Austin), where two of the top five by-volume U.S. BMW dealers are.
My bet is that BMW of Grapevine changes that in 2019. Sewell runs a tight, customer-focused ship.

When are they going to change the name to what it actually is, dealership awards for the USA, not North America.

I'm Canadian but my previous BMW was an American vehicle which I imported here. I was still eligible for the free annual oil changes/maintenance, in the U.S. which is the one thing you lose when importing a car. In the U.S. this also includes brakes. So once I year I would make the 1 hour drive from Toronto to Buffalo and visit Towne BMW. This is by far the nicest dealership I have ever dealt with. They did everything they could to see I was well taken care of. Top notch place in my opinion. Not surprised to see them on this list.

"Business Metrics"
The reason why so many California dealers are on the list. Rewarding dealers who have the ability to charge (and get) 15k over MSRP for an M2 or a Special Macau Blue M3. Those prices make BMW execs very happy. I picked my M2 from BMW of Lynchburg (Va.) It was the smoothest car purchase I've made, ever. Car prepped and delivered to my standards. I have purchased cars from South Bay, Rusnak, Center, McKenna and none went as smoothly as the M2. That dealer...Not on the list. |

I purchased one in Park Ave, Two in Prestige and Two in Tenafly. I really like the ambiance and setup at prestige but I find that Tenafly is nicer to deal with. Two awesome experiences in the last 3 years purchasing my CPO vehicles from them. I also traded in two BMW's and got what I asked for them. I did do my homework and due diligence as far as the worth of the trade in's. All purchased, no leasing.
