I don't understand. I just fitted BBS RXII on my E92 335i in the same setup, 18x8.5 et38 with 235/40 and 18x10 et25 with 265/35 and i'm rubbing in the rear.

E90/91 has a lot more room than the E92/93.

Ok. Will rolling the fender solve the problem?

The inner lip on the fender is quite thin though.

"Thin" can mean 3-5mm maybe even more! And for some situations, rolling the fenders will result the fender being "pulled out" but with little or no visual differences. If you are willing and patient to deal with rolling fenders after the fact then your efforts will be paid off by its rewards
