Yea, I thought that was strange too, and I still don't understand it. When I first purchased the Z8, my local Zaino rep told me to apply the Z8 after each coat. I have not seen any ill effects other than wasted product. I think I reverse it and use the Z6 between coats and seal it with the Z8 after I'm done...like a normal person.

Any reason why you are applying Z8 in the middle of the process and Z6 at the end? Z8 is spray sealant just like the jeff werkstat trigger and Z6 is considered Zainos QD. If anything you should apply z2, buff off, wipe down the car with Z6 to make sure everything is wiped off, then go on applying z2 and then just finishing with Z8.
