Congrats again on the new Bastuck. Post some photos when you get a chance. I would like to see how you guys modified the Hamann diffuser to fit the Bastuck quad. The secondary cat-delete pipes will not cause any droning problems. The Bastuck system is one of the only exhaust on the market that does not cause any droning. I recommend letting the Bastuck get fully broken in before removing the secondary cats. The break-in takes around 1200 miles. Does the exhaust have a funny smell right now? That will go away after the break-in. |

we actually shortened the elbow joins on the tailpipes of the bastuck to narrow the distance the left and right to match the distance between the openings of the hamann diffuser kentonna i beleive did the opposite to fit the ss exhaust into the hamann diffuser by lengthening the diffuser. based on my mails with him, that was much more expensive and tricky |

after seeing how poor the quality of the pics were that I posted earlier in the this thread, i bought a dslr camera, watched a few youtube tutorials on taking photos in low light and this is the result...

Is that the Bastuck diffusor (as provided by Kuvesh's link (post #18):http://www.fmw-tuning.de/product_inf...83586de150ca0b) or another one? I'm considering to get the Bastuck quad exhaust plus diffusor as well within short.

It seems the best sounding exhaust for the moment right? Or maybe go with straight pipes? |
