SMG/sunroof e46 M3. 3/8 of a tank of gas. Light weight wheels and intake. ^nearly stock (same mods as stig’s car— 18” RG-Rs, CSL intake, nothing else) fully optioned e46 M3, so pretty representative range of weights for stock e46 M3s between tbose two cars. scale/car pics and car details (including gas level) to get on the list! Quote:
Unless you're super hung up the look of the CF roof, I'd just seek out a non sunroof car-- the steel roof is only ~4 lbs heavier than the CF roof (and is 45 lbs lighter than the sunroof car).

I found it interesting most all the BMWs were lighter in the right rear than the left rear. I guess mufflers are heavier than batteries.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

Without driver, as the goal is to compare car weights, not driver weights...
... but I'm only adding weights with scale pics.

Full light spec (option wise) F80 M3 CS. Scale pic taken with a full tank of gas so listed weight corrected accordingly (all weights on the list are for a half tank).

Annoyingly, that's pretty much the same as my e46 after taking 300 lbs out of it.
