How BIG is the difference in cost between going single vs upgraded twins...? Like are there approximate figures on how much it would realistically cost to achieve a 700HP ST setup vs 700HP twins?

ST setup will cost you just one turbo (plenty of options available) and custom headers, so recommended going with kit or finding a shop who can fabricate all the bits for you. Spending around £5k on a kit and then a bit more on small modifications is expected. Big turbos spool slower low revs, so you loose a bit of speed there, but they easily push big HP numbers at the top.
Once done, it offers easy access to turbo, cheap replacement in the futre etc.

Big twins are more of a bolt on, where you can reuse a lot of existing components, but getting them in and out is a PITA! Expect to spend around £3k on turbos and then the rest is your preference. Power is delivered on a wider range of revs and has potential for higher torque in the middle of rev counter, but pushing too hard can bend your rods.

Obviously in any case, getting to 700HP will require at least some extra supporting mods to fueling, air intake, clutch, ignition, exhaust, cooling and other areas of your car.

If you want to see how much stuff there potentially is to do, especially on RHD car, check out my thread in N54 Engine section

I’m new to this site, I’m on here because I’m thinking about ordering the pure stage 2 turbos for my 335i. I haven’t been able to find a lot of information about what else I’m going to need. My car is fbo jg4 tune, stock fueling as well. I’m just wondering what else will I need to make sure my car will run right with the ps2. Any suggestions on what else I will need?

2" aftermarket inlets, An upgraded stage 2 LPFP and a solid tune on 98Ron should be good to go
