Hey RiXst3r, if you guys are looking for varied condition beta testing, I can put the JB3 through its paces in 6500' of dry hot mountain air. It's about 60 minutes from my house to 10,000 feet on some nice windy roads... maybe that's a data point BMS needs?
LOL at e90AW335i talking about the guy talking about SSTT. EDIT... RATS! Last edited by OtherAggie; 07-23-2008 at 04:20 PM.. Reason: postback delay |

SSTT rules! OK, jk... I'm new to the whole engine software tuning and was just asking if the JB was as easy to install as the SSTT. Excuse my noob ignorance as it started a whole other debate... sorry.
I've read that the JB1/2 can cause some fault codes. Any truth to this? |

well until you have some proof and go around the forum bashing the SSTT, just keep it to yourself. your just making false comments, thinking you have a lot of posts make you smart. i love these fake posers on forums then they get there small followers who are completely loss. i did my own testing and i have seen the results, wish i had the papers in front of me to post up. also your wrong on how the SSTT works, it doesnt make the car think it is in high altitude, that is completely wrong, and not sure who is making that up at all. i have seen and tested this myself. Go ahead and ask split second |

These must make a really clean installs, compared to Procede V3 PNP.
Kudos to Terry on an awesome from-the-ground-up design!

BMS likes to keep things simple and efficient (well, simple for you guys anyways... I guess custom designing a microprocessor controlled tuning box from the ground up isnt really all that simple... LOL)

Now as far as Juice box is concerned, you can never go wrong because it is the most problem free tune there is. Bar none. Some people like to argue this point but anyone who spends enough (too much) time on any of these forums can tell you that. Terry will come back from the dead to help you if you have a problem with your JB. Hell, he helped me with my V2. Now I only run JB products and I have run them all, except SSTT. Anyways, my point is when you combine the aspects of an Aggressive tune, Reliability, and best Customer Service on the planet, you can never go wrong. |

I think he means because he has a JB1 and it has a trade up value of 99 dollars.

My hats off on this product. I don't tune, but I know what's involved in creating simplicity, compactness and convenience. I've launched wearable computing products that use flexible circuit boards, smb processors and components, some parts so small you can't even put them in place with in with tweezers.
I don't know the internals, but with that experience I really appreciate the level of creativity and engineering it takes to pull this off and have the device work in the real world. Strangely, the elegance of this device actually makes me want one, even though I'm happy with my stock 335i. is there a stock tune It just looks so eeeasy.... Congrats & good luck to all |
