Not sure what that picture is of, but coffee it's not.

I drink coffee at home, Peets drip coffee, or I have an espresso machine if I'm feeling like one and done. If I want to get coffee somewhere $2 for a large dunkin coffee.

We determined in Frisco that Starbucks vary their prices also by location. Tall caramell latte down below the Colt tower were much more cheaper than near the downtown cable car station.
Home in Germany we're paying for a pair of talls round about 10 bucks, I would never buy ones at airports, you'll pay enormous extra.

I forget the name of it but about a year and a half ago I tried a new pre-workout a friend was using. I think it kept me wide awake for 2 days straight. I was sitting in a meeting at work just sweating through my shirt.

Quad Grande Americano. $3.55.

I think of Starbucks as my satellite locations. When I want out of the office I will have meetings there and the it's not hard to look at the ladies getting their $8.75 drinks.

we have a starbucks at our office so i usually just get a plain coffee for 1.50. its not the best, but its better than the free keurig crap we have.

i dont understand why people drink that sugary garbage every morning. might as well just wake up to a mountain dew.

It's completely foolish how much money people spend on these unhealthy drinks.

Starbucks has some stuff that's reasonably priced, like a basic coffee (~$2) and most of their snacks. Bagels are under $2. That's the type of stuff I'll buy from there.

Sure between Oct - Dec I'll get the Holiday steamed milks every so often but those are like $3 and I don't have them more than once per week. Not trying to get dad bod syndrome over here.

Buckington’s isn’t coffee. You want good coffee? Blue Bottle is where it’s at.

Salted Cream Nitro Cold Brew is actually quite delicious.

People complaining about $100/mo towards a delicious drink? Is this a Honda forum full of p00r people or something?

edit: I luckily get a lot of gift cards and haven't spent my own penny on starbucks in a long time.

Whenever the girl drags me along I'll just get a black ice coffee, she'll get an expensive drink similar to what you mentioned, their coffee is actually pretty solid compared to most places in all seriousness. Other then that we have a keurig for the day to day. Also a Nespresso machine which is pretty damn good an convenient, I either just have an espresso or a lungo, but the girl likes to make lattes, cappuccinos, etc with it since it has a built in frother.

we also have a Chemex that we use at home. Starbuck's for us is when were out and about doing things or running errands. but when were at home we do use out Chemex a lot! our friends introduced us to the Chemex since they said Keurig sux! they bought us everything needed including the filters and the hot water boiler.

Double maybe triple shot of Espresso = $2.00 - $3.00.

It's coffee.

Whats the difference between this thing and a french press? We use a press in the RV because we don't want to lug around a coffee maker and I find it to taste better.

The difference is the taste, one is full bodied and rich and the other is a bit lean to me. If I remember correctly, my French Press came with something that froths milk also. The OP posted a couple coffee drinks with whipped cream, frothed milk and sprinkles. Why pay someone a few dollars when you can make better yourself? If it’s too expensive then cut back and make exactly what you like. I’m partial to Pete’s but will buy Starbucks French or Italian roast from time to time.
