Hands down some of the best customer service I have experienced at fast food restaurants. We have one nearby that is always slamming busy from 1130-1330hrs and cars lined up for a block.

They move quickly for the quantity of customers.

The best service! Kids love it. One of those places I don't mind spending my money at, including Costco.

Almost every time I go I get a free one when I complete a survey. I still don't understand why so many people will wait in a long line in their car (not everyplace is a fast as Chick), when they could park and go inside and get served right away.

from someone who has worked in a Pharmacy with a drive-through. people are either LAZY as fuck; or shun human interaction. I had people ask to be counseled on medication through a drive-thru window. Like I am legit trying to provide medical advice through an intercom system America.

i use any chance to get out of my vehicle to stretch...who likes to be cramped in the car at all times...unless its an extension of your couch.

My experience at every chick fil a has been the same OP. Above and beyond customer service for a fast food place and the restaurant is always jam packed no matter which time or day.

Exclamation

While they are among if not THE most profitable "fast food franchises"... Think again if you want to acquire one:

Quote:
Requirements for a Chick-Fil-A Franchise

Chick-Fil-A gives only about 70 to 80 of the 20,000 applicants per year the right to operate a franchise, and along with this right comes to some very strict stipulations:

Your store will be closed on Sunday to give employees a day off to rest or worship, although you might have some discretion to allow work on Sundays when it comes to charitable activities.
You will not be allowed to select your location or to open multiple locations.
You will not own the property upon which the store is located, and you cannot sell it or pass it on to your heirs. If you want a business you can sell someday as part of an exit strategy, Chick-Fil-A is not for you.
You will not own or receive any equity in your business.

The franchisor will provide you with all your equipment, renting everything to you for 15 percent of your unit's sales.
You will also have to surrender a whopping 50 percent of your monthly net profits (pre-tax) to the franchisor. In comparison, other franchise brands charge from 5 to 10 percent of gross sales. That's a huge difference that may not be worth it for you.

^ Eh.....this the other side of the coin that I have no concern with. Not looking to get into bed with Chik-fil-a but damn if their chicken isn't tasty and their customer service is spot on. I don't want to hear about the labor pains, I just want to see the baby.

I usually only go when out of towners are visiting and want to go.

Last time, I ordered the wrong thing thinking it was something different. I mentioned it and they corrected me and said they will give me the one I wanted without taking the old one back, they didn't even charge me the extra amount.

Seems like they do go out of their way to make things right.

Yep, they’re fussy who they let wear their name, which is one of the many reasons they maintain the reputation we’re all talking about here. Another one of the reasons is that they are not a publicly traded company, it’s still controlled by the Cathy family and they don’t have to start cheapening things in order to maintain somebody else’s profit demands. Those store managers, btw, all make a fairly handsome living being one.

All this talk so I went last night. IT's funny, but each time son/I go, we seem to always see another father/son pair back from little league days. Dad was there last night, so we had a nice chat. While doing so, the worker came around at lest twice to make sure we had everything we needed, and removed trash for us as we enjoyed our dining experience. I can't say anyone has EVERY come ask me if I needed anything like a drink refill at any other fast food restaurant.

I had 4-piece strips and chocolate shake. I had run before going. Glucose was 102 before dinner, and I gave myself a few extra units in bolus. Bedtime glucose was 415

Great cust svc. Once they forgot a ranch sauce in the drive. I couldn't get out of the car (because I eat so much CFA) so I flagged down a parking lot drive attendants. They brought a ranch and free sandwich coupon to me.

Isn't it crazy to eat one of their chicken and egg breakfast sandwiches?

Always great service, young young staff that seems genuinely happy to be working@ fast food joint

Higher priced items means cleaner locations, ability to be closed on Sunday (moral) and better quality product (it's still fast food tho)

cons: consistently over $60 with my family, my sandwich is always just warm, I order 2 Because I'm a fat bastard

McDonald's fries will look the same after 1 year yes full of preservatives but they are damn good hot with a cold fizzy coke
