I looked a bit more into it and I think it might be the exhaust valve.

When my car was stock there was a significant rattle only on cold starts. The rattle I have now sounds pretty similar to that only it's all the time now

Okay that makes more sense. I know every now and again w/ Cold starts and produce a little rattle here and there. Glad to help sir !

Just got this really nasty rattle. Idle is kinda wonky. Car barely builds boost (peak 4psi when targeting 14). RPMs dip below 500 when coming to a full stop and even died on me one time. What is the wastegate part number for N55?

Found out that the problem was due to a chargepipe bung plug that had fallen out. Boost and idle is all back to normal
