He said “also possibly” there may be M models, suggesting that not that every M will be an EV. No need to ICE’s have some time yet.

I suspect there’s room for and fun to be had in both types of drive. My dinky i3s is getting delivered this week and I’d by lying if I said I wasn’t excited

I like how the quote says nothing about eliminating all ICE options, and still the pitchforks are flying

Not surprised everybody is moving toward that direction. Still they will probably end up soulless cars like tesla. Well i guess i will keep my 1M.

For DD I got X5 and will probably switch to full electric at some point, but the G80 will be stay forever

we all love our ICE backfiring Ms and always will... but one of these days, one manufacturer is gonna come up with an EV that somehow sounds and feels real and awesome. we should all be excited for the day that driving pleasure and being ecologically irresponsible aren't one and the same thing. probably sooner than we think!

I think electric cars are the future and all manufacturers will go this way. In the meantime I will enjoy my loud manual 6 MT for now and later see what comes up. I am not worried BMW won't find a way to keep the cars fun and interesting. The instant torque of electric cars is additive

I should go back to all the false ones of these press releases over the years. BMW stop marketing through promises. If you want something, stop talking about it and do it. But BMW doesnt want full electrics to happen

Given how fast China is moving to electric vehicle don't think it's just a temporary trend. I'm sure we can make power station more efficient than each ICE in our car...
