If its intermittent and caused by the shock or going over bumps
try to recreated the condition for individual modules.
Wiggle wires/harness or tap or shake the suspect items while playing
something through the system.

So I dug a little deeper and wiggled each wire attached to my technic harness and it seems theres a bad connection with my remote wires. There may be a bad connection to my front door as well so I guess the next step will be to go through and redo each connection.

Ive completely redone the remote wire because when I wiggled it the entire system would cut off and the speakers still aren't working so I know the remote wire is not related. Next step will be redoing the wire connections at the technic harness.

Replaced the power and ground wires and it didnt fix anything. What could it be...?

Edit: i meant the power and ground wires to from the technic harness to the amp (just incase there was confusion)

Turns out it was yet another problem with my technic 676 harness. First the relay caused issues when I installed the 400/4 and now 10 months later the RCA connectors seem to be cheaply made as the metal tip broke off the connector. A pic is attached
