There have been a few instances where aftermarket inlets collapse under pressure due to poor installation, it happens right at the bend in the inlet where it mates to the turbo. Check both and make sure they are not kinked/collapsed as that could be causing issues. Make sure there isn't a rag or anything in the inlets blocking airflow?

Sorry, I didn't read the post earlier. If you already checked all the lines and they are secure and smoke test does not show anything, one thing to check next are your boost solenoids.

You can pick up one of those hand pumps at Harbor Freight, they're cheap and boost solenoids are easy to get to. But be very careful when removing the vacuum line as the nipple on the solenoid is fragile. I'd use a razor knife and carefully remove the line.

Reach behind the rear turbo actuator and make sure you didn't accidently snag the vacuum hose off the nipple during inlet installation. Front will be a little tricky as you'll need to move canisters out of the way to reach in.
if I notice that the rear turbo isn't sucking in much air as the front turbo could that be anything?

I edited my post above, check it out. I am not sure about the rear inlet not sucking as much air, is it very noticeable? For the sake of it, I'll check the same on my car and see if one sucks more than the other.

Stupid question, but did you connect PCV vent hose? Are you using a BOV or DVs?

it is very noticeable, and i've replaced the hose with a catch can if that's what you mean? and i'm running a blow off valve, however the blow off valve never went off after installed the inlets

Is there a concrete way to see if my turbo is blown without obviously boosting? Is there any codes? anything? thanks
If you still havent been able to figure it out, i would just remove the inlets and physically check them. If all was good before inlet install, theres only so much you could have fucked up !

So no code like Boost Under Target (30ff), just limp mode and o2 sensor code? What are your other mods?

Better question is, did you ever get the o2 sensor into one of your DPs?

Not having one of the o2 sensors in would explain alot.

Haha just checking :P

Please check your boost solenoids. Smoking car is a whole nother issue, mine smokes too from time to time.

Another DIY I found that was helpful for me, even though you don't have 30ff.
