are you sure about this?
I know if you purchase additional miles in a lease, you get actual refund of unused miles
but i don't know if you get a refund for unused miles based on your original lease terms

i mean, if there is a refund, that'll be great. I just didn't think it worked that way based on my wife's previous lease return with low miles

I also got a check from BMW when I turned in my last car with low miles. It’s not a refund for unused miles, just a minor credit for turning in a car with low mileage. I think it was something like $300.

I was going to answer "no way" but then I kept on reading...

Huh.

Wow. Of course, this only applies because you bought or leased another BMW, right?

Sweet.

I'm thinking the same as the OP. First, I have (at least) two cars at any time, so I never seem to run up the miles on my primary car, which is the leased 540i. And second, I'm now on month 4 of working from home (another month to go) and have used the car just to go to the grocery store (2 miles) and the occasional errand/doctor visit. So I'll be way under at lease end. It would be nice to see some of that money back.
