What is your fuel octane rating in the US?

Does the SSTT help save on fuel too?

87, 89, or 91 in most of California with some 92/93... unless you buy Racing Fuel and its usually 100 octane. The octane rating system here is (RON+MON)/2. Many places around the world use RON as their headline number, which is usually 4-5 points higher. So 91 octane pump fuel here is equivalent to 95-96 octane fuel in Europe.

And no, the SSTT has not been known to help save fuel... if anything your car will use up more gas due to the increased boost and acceleration.

SSTT is great, car still feels like a stock car, just much faster. You can definitely feel the extra boost as you accelerate. You also can tell right away with the decreased traction in 1st gear.
