Take a peek at the website and explore. The Roundel alone is worth the price if you are a BMW enthusiast. Apparel, CCA car badges, etc. It's just a non-profit enthusiast group with some added benefits.

Already a member. I know about the 15% for m school. Anyone know if any discounts are offered for M track days?

This BMWCCA page shows all the other discounts, in addition to vehicle and motorcycle rebates. Everything from Griot's Garage to Pelican Parts, BavSound, and more. https://www.bmwcca.org/membershipbenefits/discounts

I believe the 15% discount applies to all the PC programs. "BMW CCA members get a 15% discount on BMW’s popular Performance Driving School programs, held throughout the year at the BMW Performance Driving Centers in both South Carolina and California. "

If you're a CCA member, a few chapters sponsor a unique M-club day at the PC where you drive only M cars in open lapping sessions, autocross, rat race, skidpad, etc. It's a fun day at the PC. In recent years the Tarheel and National Capital Chapters have co-sponsored it.

I've enjoyed the Roundel since the 1970s when it was a small format paper newsletter. The club has tried to change with the times through the years, and while having some tough years recently, it's still the largest single marque car club in the world. In the old days it was a no-brainer given it gave you access to track days, autocrosses, O'fest, Techfest, local social gatherings, in addition to discounts. All of that still exists of course (looking forward to O'fest this Fall at Hilton Head), but the BMW customer has of course changed dramatically since the early days.

We (car club members) did just have a great event at the CCA HQ here in Greenville a few weekends ago, "MX1", which was a sort of launch event for the new M and X chapters. The C&C on the grounds of the new CCA facility was outstanding, and people came from long distances to attend. It was a huge gathering of M and X cars -- the largest I've ever seen in one place. It's always great to meet up with old friends and make new ones at events like that, not to mention checking out all the cars and in particular unique Individual examples you won't often see otherwise. At the same time, many took advantage of the heavily discounted driving event at the PC just up the street. BMW has done that a number of times now often coupled with events at the BMW CCA Foundation next door to the Performance Center. Tons of fun, great times!

Have to chime in and +1 many of the Bimmerpost CCA member comments, above. If you're passionate for or new to the BMW brand, the membership benefits and savings pay for itself.

Been a member for over 20 years and closely approaching the quadranscentennial anniversary. Made a lot of great friends over the years and especially track days, driving events, socials and clinics.

Forgot I ordered received these trinkets recently, especially like the laser-etched metal membership card

FWIW, when I did my PCD two months ago, I stuck around the next day and did a Performance Driving school. Used my BMWCCA membership and got 15% off.

I finally joined. Another hot tip, you can use the UDE code at the bottom of your UDE email, for those of you that attended the event.

"Use code BMWUDE21 for $6 off a one-year membership and $10 off a three-year membership!"

Here's a good way to see why CCA membership has its privileges

Tickets for our BMW car corral and hospitality tent are now available! This is by far my favorite IMSA race of the year...no prototypes getting in the way of the real GT race cars!

If you've never been to this event or our corral, it's an incredible weekend full of non-stop action:

Reserved BMW parking
Hot laps with the BMW Performance Center
Catered food/drinks
Dedicated race TV feed
Plenty of giveaways including an HPDE weekend
Private paddock sessions with the BMW race teams
Parade laps (yes, drive YOUR car on the full course!)

https://bimmerlife.com/2021/08/14/jo...-gt-challenge/

Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.etix.com/ticket/p/655032...tional-raceway

I can answer any questions you may have about our corral, VIR, lodging, and the surrounding Danville area, so let me know

I was a member for almost 15 yrs primarily because of Mike Miller. I wish I could've taken advantage of more member benefits.

Such a shame.
