Combox in the car but no bluetooth

So I have a 2008 e92 330i with CCC business I drive. It came with aux/usb and no microphone or Bluetooth wiring, I retrofitted cic professional, updated maps and added a combox. The Bluetooth has always worked since activating it but I later added the BMW OEM antenna (bought new from BMW) and some wiring I got on eBay.

However this has never impacted the signal. I always get at worst 1 bar of signal, never full. Am I missing something? It's just annoying me really.

Nope you are not missing anything, Bluetooth module is inside combos itself, and that antenna under footwell is only "extending" signal. Check Fakra cable that is coming from combo to footwell, and also double check if fakra socket in combo is not damaged.
