Either going to be great or a great let down.

Been doing a few things to get this ready for next event.

Just mounted manifold with gaskets and installed all the nuts.

Water pipe was made and some new heater hose was mocked up.

Started making 3.5 inch down pipe.

Re painted the manifold an mounted it on spare engine with Precision 6466 and 7675 just for a look.

Around 20 hours work and it will be running.

Mount turbo
plug in o2 sensors
Install intercooler pipe and silicone hose
Install vacuum lines and boost solenoid

Exhaust and wastegate will be out the bonnet unfortunately. I just wont have time to get it running for next event.

Add water and oil

Start it and hope it sounds good.

I think a proper exhaust would help a lot man. single 3 - 3.5" throughout, with a big resonator and muffler would be best for exhaust note.

Had a water leak.
Found water leak.
Have not fixed water leak.

Needed to add aluminium pipe to turbo compressor housing. This is neefed to avoid needing a silicone joiner next to manifold runner.

Made the pipe.
Made the pipe longer.
Installed the pipe.
Instead of two silicone joiners it now only needs one from turbo to intercooler.

Turbo is now connected to the intercooler.

Hey Brule

Were each of the 6 individual runners measured to be equal in length/volume, or are the 2 banks the only things that were made/measured to be equal?

I measured the individual runners before the collector by the amount of bends and straight used. I did not measure the volume with water.

I renade the runners a few times to make them equal length before the collector.

But overall no I didnt measure with water just by calculating volume off tube size.

Im working on it again today.
A downpipe with wastegate plumbed in is 3 days work.
After that I can re test the exhaust note.

Hopefully sounds good in its final form.

Will also be interesting to see how it flows in comparison to your previous setups.

I'm sure you're learning heaps, just by having a crack at it. Watching your progress is awesome. Keep it up.

It will be interesting to see what the dyno results are Brule. With that set up, the result should be impressive.

My guess is the same overall power as log and stock manifold but sound better.
Spool may improve but currently I have had to limit boost down low to gain traction.
