hey guys i just want to make sure but is there a wire i dont connect if i have pre 29.2?

What do you have PnP? Did you have a choice of pre or post 29.2 when your ordered? im guessing you have V1.11

You dont have to connect or disconnect any wires, unless your pre 29.2 and want a little more power from what i hear. All fo the Jb3's now come in one form now.

just connect all the wires... no need to keep the gray loom off for Pre-29.2 cars. it's in the directions to save you 2 mins on your install. It's only a problem if POST 29.2/DME 81 users don't install the gray loom. You'll be fine either way, but just install it so the wires won't be hanging around inside the ECU.

map 6 makes it a perfect drive. power absolutely everywhere. A great tune and worth the wait for 1.2. trust me. Its also fun to switch maps whenever you feel like it.

i THINK if you order the jb3 now you get the 1.2v for free when it comes out but you have to pay shipping

Yep, I recently traveled back to Texas and now have access to good 93 octance and the map 6 is just bliss on tap. You even think of touching the gas pedal and i swear it starts to read your mind. I love it!

order it up now... 1.2 should be out mid january 09, and you'll get the update for free according to Terry

you can install it yourself..its very easy if you just read the install guide and if you get PNP thats a piece of cake

10-4. I think I'm going to go with the 3 pin first. If i end up wanting the PnP, i can just buy the add on thing. I'm pretty sure the price of it is the difference between the PNP and the 3 pin.

and it basically all depends on the driver and what other mod you have i personally would get the jb3 just because of the new 1.2 software that thing is going to kick ass

Ha, i figured that. It seems like people are pretty damn sensitive to that subject.
But from what i read the JB3 seems like the more cost effective easier solution. And that's what I'm after.
