I've been using the padded one I got from chewy but putting it in the front seat. Doesn't really fit well in the back and it's a bit floppy in the front but it provides a lot of protection. I'll take a picture next time I use it.

I am still using a hammock style and works pretty well. Took it out for cars and coffee and have not put it back in yet - will get a picture when I get it back in.

Anything longer then that and the X3 is more comfortable for an 80lbs dog. I did a test fit with the SUV version from the X3 (picture attached), it was a bit sloppy, the compact version fits better. |

It’s a $60K car which these days is about the same as a loaded Hyundai. Granted, I am obsessed/OCD with the car and do what I can to avoid any scuffs, and my dog is awesome. He jumps in and lands on the rear floor then jumps up onto my water proof seat cover over the rear seats. No damage at all after over a year.
