The acquisition fee is 925 and I don't believe there is a One-Pay Lease any more.

Profit on a 70k BMW is about 3500 (5%). I'm not sure where 5 figures comes from.

The issue is that BMW does not include the M2 in their employee discount program. Obviously it's manager's discretion, but it is pretty common for client advisors to pay MSRP for hard to get cars excluded from the employee purchase program.

Yes, but our corporation has nothing to do with our pricing. That is local management.

That doesn't make sense to me.
What’s up with F87 prices now anyway? I’m surprised they still haven’t dipped much. I’m seeing a lot of used with 15k-20k miles still close to 60k…

Because the F87 is epic in ways different than the G87. Why are 1M prices so high? Same reason I guess.

Chicago suburbs on a HEA car @ MSRP was 1050s on 36m lease with 10k down take out 2k worth of options and its 950s. something like that, I ordered a car and expect to be in the 900s-980s with taxes etc on 67k MSRP.

Prices for 2021 M2's are the lowest they've been since May of 2021 but still above where they started. Of course adjusting for inflation from 2020 would be a bit of a different story.

I think there are two main factors:

1) the M2CS was seen as the second coming of jesus by most reviewers while the M3/M4 were seen as duds.

2) the looks of the G-series cars are very polarizing. and generally seen as more refined and less edgy do drive. Its not uncommon to hear that the G80 M3 is basically an M5 now. And that the F87 was closest to what the E36/E46 was like to drive.

That's some BS. They should give you a discount.
