I'd try to locate the cheapest form of remap/tuning-box for your 320d first just to try it out (you can get 2nd hand tuning boxes off ebay or various forums quite often); I reckon you could do it for £200ish. Then, if still not happy, get the 330d. Even if you miss this particular one there will be others; this recession isn't going anyway any time soon. You can always sell the tuning box on to get most of your money back.

That said, if it was me, I'd just go for the 330d straight away; but I'd probably hold fire for a slightly higher specced one (age not being an issue and mileage bring a slight consideration). You can put 100k on a Beemer easily if looked after.

Im still unsure, i hate being indecisive and bored, because i start browsing the bleeding car sites, see something then cant decide what to do.

Well after a lot of thought, im gonna keep mine and fit a spider box and twin tailpipe. I would love a 6 pot diesel but i might aswell wait a couple more years then get a face lift one with new i drive more power etc.
