How can I not go with that and it'll add more speed and less haste to Max because of last years quali crash fiasco by Checo.

Good 'ol Yuki will have that cleared up in no time, he lives in the vicinity there near the AT base at Faenza.

The Monaco GP : The latest weather forecast (translated to English)
We are currently in a Formula 1-free weekend due to the bizarre circumstances in Imola, but the weather forecast does not necessarily look rosy for the next race weekend in Monaco either. Thursday 25/5 - Light rainfall Friday 26/5 - Thunderstorms Saturday 27/5 - Thunderstorms Sunday 28/5 - Rain showers

Dominecali gives his reasons for piling on the pressure on drivers with more planned races and sprints, from what it once was and I've said it before he shouldn't pander too much to Liberty's whims. It's Liberty that approached F1 for money reasons and him now attacking drivers for being 'lazy' is quite frankly taking the peas.
I personally want him out and another CEO in place, there are enough F1 fans and money that's made without bringing in other 'odd balls' who know nothing and kick up storms about something they don't understand. https://racingnews365.com/domenicali...rit-2023-05-21 |

Clearly it's all about money and not the sport. If Dominecali thinks that the fans don't get their money worth, then maybe make the tickets a bit cheaper? Maybe don't sell the TV contracts so high? Formula 1 has never been this profitable, and it also provides about 90% of the money that goes to the FIA. All of the rest of motorsports combined only accounts for about 10% or so of the revenue. So there's that... But maybe VER feels that this crowded program is taking too much toll. Maybe he wants to start a family at some point and feels that such a crowded calender is impossible to combine with a healty family life. Who knows what his reasons are, but I'm sure they're valid to him. He's one of the few who knows what it's like to grow up in a family of an F1 driver. I mean Rosberg (also the son of an F1 driver) quit right away after he became WDC. He was 31 then. Maybe Max is aiming at the same age to quit. Dominecali sees it as 'threats', but for a driver it's also about life choices. I don't read any comprehension of that mindset in his interview.

Most of the time they can't ever get the weather correct 24 hours ahead of time. I'll try to contain my excitement for rain on race day until next Sunday morning.

True, but then we wouldn't have seen the world class masterpiece of a drive on Sunday.

^ It's as if the weather itself is trying to stop Max from performing his magic on the track.
