Married With Children is always good for a laugh with me.

Back before the Internet was open to the public, I discovered the source of the world's humor stockpile. I'm not sharing it, because even peeking inside will result in a humor overload that will cause you to never laugh again!

Back in the day, I was at spring break in Florida and a local radio station had two standup comedians doing the afternoon shift. They had a call-in segment called stump the comedians for prizes like concert tickets. I stumped them four days in a row, just for the sport of it.

One of the funniest comedian interactions for me was on a cruise. The cruise line rotated comedians during our Grand Cayman port call, and the outgoing comedian was on our tender with his luggage. I jokingly asked him if the ship threw him off because of a bad show, but he said that it was just the end of his contract and he was looking forward to going home.

Two nights later, we were at the early show sitting in our usual VIP balcony seats when a random dude sat down next to me pretending to be a normal passenger and asking what I knew about the upcoming comedian? Figuring out that he was the comedian, I had mentioned that we were on the tender when the previous comedian was escorted off the ship with his luggage because of a bad show. Turns out that it was this dude's first time on the cruise circuit, and he was freaking out because he didn't know if he could get away with half of his adult-themed act for the early show with families attending. Who says that I don't have a sick sense of humor?????

Abbie somebody. Abbie Normal. Yes, that’s it, Abbie Normal!

The original Producers is much funnier than the remake.

I’m drawn to the really old comedies lately, like The Thin Man and others of that era. Still enjoy the Big Lebowski, Zoolander, and many others mentioned in the thread.

Chris Farley had such a funny face and amazing use of his body and instincts - gone way too soon.

Going to watch “Almost Heroes.” Got bad reviews but it’s one of his first leading roles.

RIP MP too, he was by far the funniest on Friends.

Ok, since we're talking about shows too — almost every skit is a gem!

I didn't see Coming to America listed. That one used to own me. The barbershop scenes were amazing.

I guess because they play it in my dad’s senior center some and I love the theme music, the first to pop into my mind was The Odd Couple. I think I may be the only person in America, and maybe the world, who absolutely hates Seinfeld!! I absolutely cannot stand to watch George Costanza!!!!!

I liked The Odd Couple. Thought the series was better than the movie.

And as far as Seinfeld goes I didn't like it at first but have been watching it recently and it has grown on me.

I LOVE The Thin Man series! Myrna Loy's bedroom line is one of my favorites...

"What's that man doing in my drawers!?"

I'm standing with you on Seifeld. It was a miserable show. I tried to get into it a few times because it was so popular but it did nothing for me... except waste my time.

Porky’s I need to revisit - was fun to watch when I was in HS but I’m not sure I understood the humor that well yet. The ladies in it - that part I got.

Seinfeld there was one episode I remember Kramer made me laugh - something about chicken….

But undeniably popular - this popped up on my FB today - ppl watching the final episode in Times Square 1998.
