yep...its a nice addition to the engine compartment..it feels a lot smoother when accelerating hard and there is definately a nice low rumble around the 2200 rev and higher..if there is no hp gain, i'd do it all over again cause it looks superb ill take some more shots if y'all wanna see them..let me know cause i cleaner my engine bay too finally

it fits 325i obviously and im looking for a cf front like the gruppeM intake..anyone kno where i can get one from?

CT,

If there's enough demand, we will do the scoop in CF as well.

Wow, that is really tempting. Hey Chris@Bimmian, can you confirm that this fits the 325 with no issues? I'd just like to hear it from the source.

Also, anyone know what BMW will say when it's time for maintenance, or would I just be better off putting the factory intake back on before bringing it in?

shragon,

It is Simota intake. Not replica of anything.

The 330i intake defintely fits the 325 with no fitment issues. It's a little tight but it all fits nice and snug which is better.

My gruppe M intake for the E46 323i (similar to the Simota CAI) bounces around like a mofo thus the edge for the scoop is digging into the edge of my front brace in the engine bay.

Definetely no issues.

It takes no more than 15minutes to do an airbox swap. We will also be providing the intructions and DIY with the intakes. Basic tools, basic tech knowledge. Very easy.

ctgazer opted not to put them on. Simota provides an optional addon badge unlike Gruppe M where they screw it in or is it stuck on?

I have no idea what you're trying to post apart from the 2 screws on the front of the scoop which are tucked into the air scoop of the 325i. BTW, here are my pics from my photoshoot.
