No video that I can find.
Apparently it was at UTI (or a similar school) and the instructor told his students to load the car on the dyno, and when he walked back in it looked like that. |

at first I thought the fail was as follows:
1) it's a FWD dyno 2) they put the car on said FW dyno because they thought it made no difference I still think the dyno is installed in a fail way... then again, all dynos i've ever seen are made for 4WD cars
