Thread resurrection - just wanted to give thanks for this thread - I'll be putting on the midpipes soon and this thread is pretty much all I needed. If anyone's interested, these are the clamps I'm using - 2.5" to 2 3/8th"

the clamp you suggested looks good but shipping was a killer and description said that it's for 3" pipes.
