Check out Kyochan in Los Angeles. Different flavor (sesame or spicy) and pretty small, but they're delicious...

"The best wings are at <insert wing joint here> and everything everywhere else sucks"

Personally, I think Oggi's (locations in OC and San Diego) has the best. The are huge and full of flavor, cooked perfectly.
