I think Arnold raised some of the personal income taxes, not too sure. There are literally hundreds of lines in the new budget and beyond the sales tax and registration fee, I don't care to look, haha. But, Starting Apr 1, there is a small reduction in federal income tax, part of that gazillion dollar package that was signed.

In a nutshell, the federal govt lowered our taxes, but people's Republic of California intercepted and pocketed the money.

I came here from FL and the no state income tax and like 30 dollar car registration (the entire process was so easy it was absurd) makes me miss it. I don't want the humidity or the hurricanes though .

Speaking of registration, just got renewal notice today.. $498. Last year it was $3xx
