Oh I am sure they can see whatever they want to see. Its either you can or cannot. We know they can, it doesn't matter how much BMW shows customer service, they (BMW) can see it all, rest assured of that. But they cannot legally use it against you. Its the privacy law (askk any lawyer - where you at Lawdude??) Even if they see you were boosting 22psi, they can't even mention it; It gives them unfair advantage so they know to look and use another excuse to say ha! Gotcha!! Just remember they did not ask for and recieve consent from you, so what they see is pretty useless. Think about it, when you get into a severe accident they know and call 911 for you... but you never heard even once wherte they said someone was speeding. That infor is available also in the car, but they can't use it, and nbeither can a prosecuter. So they truy to build evidence to make a case, other ways, regardless of what they can clearly see.
