+1, there was one recent thread that someone dynoed the the car with tune only, then later on dynoed again with DCI and saw 10+ whp. so i believe it works but even with 10 whp, u wont really feel it from a butt-dyno. the sound along makes it worth the money i think and the performance with a tune is undeniable. if stock, then i dont think it does anything..

It's common knowledge that NO ONE has replicated the dyno gains that aFe claimed.

Yeah those numbers do seem high, but the fact is that aFe has shown dyno gains. Maybe this was a car running software, I don't know. I noticed a difference, and I don't know what the deal is with those numbers, but nonetheless, there they are.

Times are tough. But honestly, not for us. Thanks to loyal customers like you guys who support us, we are doing quite well, and enjoying the benefits of everything (advertising, merchandise, subcontracted services) being effectively "on sale." Hey - again, just sharing info. Personally, I stated that I believe the intake probably makes 10-15hp. But someone had to share that bit of information to contribute to the debate, right? So I did

Relax guys. It's a freakin' intake. Put things into perspective! There are so many more important things to worry about right now than a 10hp difference in claims.
